Use this option to add hot stones to your membership massage. This will add 25 minutes to your massage and Basalt hot stones. (Purchasing this option alone will not cover the cost of a full massage. This is an add on.) Hot stones have many natural therapeutic properties such as: Reducing stiffness and spasms: Heat can help relax muscles and reduce stiffness and spasms. Improving circulation: Heat increases blood flow to the area, which can help flush out waste products and bring in oxygen and nutrients. Promoting healing: Heat can help damaged tissue heal and increase muscle flexibility. Easing muscle tension: Heat can help ease muscle tension, especially when used with stretching. Breaking up scar tissue: Heat can help break up scar tissue that may have formed in injured muscles. Increasing endorphins: Heat increases the body's supply of endorphins, which are natural painkillers. This is a 75 minute massage.
